PRO LIFE – our offer
PRO LIFE is there for you in a variety of life situations and is divided up into five different areas. How do I insure myself and/or my loved ones sensibly and affordably? Am I underinsured or overinsured? We are happy to advise you on these and other questions in the areas of health insurance solutions and insurance agency. Our association is committed to protecting life and strengthening families. With Heart Donation we support persons or families who are in need.
You can benefit from the following five areas:
Health insurance solutions
Our unique health insurance solution with abortion waiver offers you many benefits and interesting advantages. Across Switzerland, 65,000 people have already opted for association membership in combination with health insurance from our health insurance partner. Our slogan runs: customer-friendly – tooth-friendly – family-friendly.
Customer-friendly
By providing personal and trustworthy advice – including after you take out the policy – we always put you, the member, at the centre of our attention. Our competent employees will be happy to advise you.
Tooth-friendly
Our members receive 75% (up to a maximum of CHF 10,000 per calendar year) of the cost of orthodontic corrections and braces for children (up to the age of 20) from the supplementary insurance policy of our health insurance partner. PRO LIFE covers an additional 15%, so orthodontic treatment is optimally insured up to 90%.
Family-friendly
Our members receive a financial contribution of up to CHF 400 for each birth or adoption. In addition, from the fifth child onwards, PRO LIFE pays the basic insurance premium for each additional child who does not yet have an income of their own and lives in the same family household. Members benefit from advantageous discounts on insurance products.
Insurance agency
In the area of insurance agency, we can support you with various life-related topics – be it a burst water pipe, vandalised car, liability issues, moving into your first or a new apartment, becoming self-employed or moving to Switzerland.
Our specialists will examine your policies with a trained eye, compare them and find the perfect insurance solutions for you – neutrally and independently. Our property insurance specialists meet the guidelines of the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) and are Cicero-certified.
We cooperate with all Swiss insurance companies and on request will obtain comparative offers for you.

PRO LIFE association
Unfortunately, year after year, many thousands of women and men in Switzerland find it difficult to say “yes” – yes to their child, whose tiny heart is already beating. The first thing a human encounters in life, the last thing they reach out for, and the most precious thing they possess is the family. These have been the core values of our family association since it was founded in 1989.
How is PRO LIFE financed?
As a non-profit association, PRO LIFE is financed on the one hand through membership fees, and on the other through service and commission fees paid by health insurance companies and insurance partners.
How can I become a member?
By joining with a health insurance solution
(Our health insurance partner’s benefits and our association’s high voluntary supplemental contributions* together add up to one of the best deals around.)
By joining with an insurance mandate
(Additionally or alternatively, you have the option of having all your insurance policies managed by our competent and trustworthy staff.)
By joining without insurance
(Make a statement for the protection of life: you can also become a member without taking out our health insurance solution or insurance mandate.)
The monthly membership fee is CHF 5.– per person. As a member you will benefit from all the advantages mentioned above.
Heart Donation
Thanks to an extensive network, Heart Donation provides professional assistance, offers a sympathetic ear, organises financial support for everyone and extends a helping hand to parents who decide to give birth to and raise their child. An important aspect of this is helping people to help themselves. On request, our employee will also help you organise further assistance, including referring you to a specialist for in-depth advice, assistance with seeking clarifications from authorities and institutions, or by referring you to a family-specific offer.
